[** IEEE Publication **]
To be published in the ICTC 2018 Conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore,
at least one author (including students) of the accepted paper MUST register by paying the Regular registration fee
before the camera-ready paper is submitted, and MUST present the paper at the conference (** Registration deadline: September 15, 2018 **).

Please note that the registered participants can enjoy all conference sessions (paper sessions, plenary sessions including keynote speeches,
industrial sessions, special sessions, and workshops) and get conference proceedings (contained in USB memory) and coffee breaks, luncheon tickets, and a ticket for banquet.
[** Camera-Ready Paper Submissions **]
All camera-ready manuscript submissions MUST be formatted with the standard IEEE conference templates and MUST be validated by IEEE PDF eXpress.
The camera-ready submissions should be formatted with single-spaced, double-column pages using at least 10 pt (or higher) size fonts on A4 or letter pages in IEEE style format.

The maximum paper length is 6 pages, and papers exceeding 6 pages will not be accepted by EDAS.
The final camera-ready manuscript of your paper should account for all the critical reviewers��eedback.
Proofread your document thoroughly as there will be no possibility for further revision.
You may download the camera-ready paper format at: https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html
The IEEE Copyright form MUST be submitted from EDAS as well at this time.
Once you have completed the preparation of your final manuscript, IEEE PDF eXpress validation, copyright submission, and registration,
you can upload your final manuscript in EDAS. All camera-ready papers must be submitted electronically, in PDF format and uploaded on EDAS.
Please upload the camera-ready paper on EDAS by going to "My Papers" tab where the corresponding paper is located.
In the EDAS page of your paper, click on the "Upload" icon under the column ��inal Manuscript��and follow the instructions to upload the PDF file with the final manuscript of your paper that has been previously obtained from PDF eXpress.
[** IEEE Copyright Form Submission **]
Along with the final camera ready paper, the authors also need to submit a signed IEEE copyright form.
Please submit the copyright form at EDAS by going to "My Papers" tab and clicking on the '(c)' copyright icon under the column "Copyright Form" where the paper is located.
You will then be directed to an EDAS webpage in which you should click on the button ��EEE Copyright Submission.��
You will be then redirected to IEEE eCF website where you will be able to easily complete and submit your copyright form online.
Please do so no later than September 15th 2018 as this step is compulsory for paper inclusion in the technical program and its submission for publication by IEEE Xplore짰.
